By using the audio warm-up program, taking online lessons, having a consultation, and/or participating in clinics, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Physical Condition: You warrant that you and your horse are in good health and physical condition to engage in the activities we recommend, and you understand that equestrian activities involve inherent risks. You are responsible for assessing whether our programs are appropriate for you and your horse.
3. No Medical Advice: Our programs do not provide medical advice, and are not intended as a substitute for professional or veterinary medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare provider and/or veterinarian before beginning any new exercise or physical activity, especially if you or your horse have a pre-existing condition or injury.
4. Assumption of Risk: Equestrian activities involve significant risks, including, but not limited to falls, injury, damage to property, or death. By using our programs, you acknowledge and accept those risks and agree to hold harmless the creators of our services, including any instructors, affiliates, or associated organisations, from any liability for injuries, loss, or damages that occur.
5. Safety Precautions: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are participating in these exercises in a safe and controlled environment. Always follow proper safety protocols, including wearing a helmet, appropriate riding gear, and performing exercises in a safe space.
6. No Liability for Equipment: The creators of our programs are not responsible for the condition, suitability, or safety of any equipment you use during the service provided, including horses, saddles, boots, or other gear. It is your responsibility to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and safe to use.
7. Non-Refundable Purchase: All purchases of our services are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit, except as required by applicable law.
8. All Rights Reserved: All content, including audio, text, graphics, and materials related to this our programs, are copyrighted and the intellectual property of the creators. All rights are reserved, and you may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the program for commercial purposes without express written permission from the creators.
